I had a horrible experience I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The service was horrible, and the staff were incredibly rude. While the rooms were somewhat clean, I had several issues
Now I am staying in hotel but worst service I never experienced before. The staff and manager attitude is worst.even I requested to change room often they don't care.
Trust me, I never have stayed in a hotel like this before in Gorakhpur. They should not be in hospitality business. I hope the owner will read this review and improves in terms of proper servicing to their guests in this
Hotel is located in very prime location at golghar with everything available at walking distance be it food, Dry cleaning and so on. Coming back to the staff the receptionist "Nitu" and "Aman" are very attentive towards
