I think most of the reviews posted here are fake. Stayed here for a day and its a mixed feedback. There is nothing like customer service for these people. Being a pilgrim place they know your feedback is of little use. R

Rooms are clean with extra pillows. As requested, they have cleaned the toilet fully prior to arrival. The a/c operation requires a request at reception every time one goes out - a good practice to save electricity.
