Rooms: Decent, but poor maintenance. Booked a suite for 5 people, but the bathroom had no lights due to a switch issue. Staff promised an electrician would fix it, but no one showed up before checkout. We checked in at 9

The rooms are spacious, but don’t expect much in terms of service. The receptionist is a bit rude and not very responsive—he behaves as though he's paying us from his own pocket. A more friendly and helpful receptionist
